The Delta EP module is a reliable system for dosing accurate amounts of neat and diluted dyes. It works on a stand-alone basis with a control station in an operator room, or via a standard distributed control system. It can also be linked to an Xrite colour sensor via Xrite PLC and ESWin in 19X.
The module comprises a multi-head pump, which is controlled by a precision stepper motor and frequency inverter to ensure accuracy and precision during dosing operations. Flow rates for each head can be individually adjusted and monitored via a touch panel, while water dilution can be incorporated as an add-on option.
