The Delta Dos system is an alternative way of dosing chemical product into the feed pipe of the paper machine.
Unlike conventional dosing, the Delta Dos Nozzles can inject neat chemical product into the feed pipe with higher injection volume and velocity, thus achieving an even precipitation of chemical across the cross sectional area of the feed pipe. The results is a more uniform and homogeneous chemical mixture when compared to conventional dosing.
The Delta Dos System consists of 4 Main component blocks:
- the water pump skid
- remote water manifolds
- remote product distributors and
- dosing nozzles
