MAIN FEATURES

Sheetfed feeder is air suction operated and it can easily handle any thickness of materials. It provides efficient management of paper pile with its pellet model and the maximum pile height is 800 mm.

Compact feeder can work on any thickness of materials. The plastic or rubber is easy to coat by using 6kW of Corona. The Corona unit engender high energy to engrave plastic or rubber surface. Corona is managed by simple control system.

Colourful touch panel is easy to operate and user friendly to manage any jobs. Any adjustment of parameter or fine adjustments can be made and the auto mode is easy to set up on this colourful touch panel.

The coating unit is equipped Anilox roller for secured, consistent and even coating of film on materials surface. Each coating thickness application is easily switched one to another by replacing the Anilox roller. Its quick replacement and cleaning system is easy and time-efficient for cleaning or replacing works. Auto varnish adding system for is an optional function.

Unique design of two drying systems to dry any kind of materials on model a and b.

Model a: High pressure of hot air circulating in dryer cavity by 4kW of hot air generator that engendering even heating on all of materials surface. This model is for working on plastic materials.

Model b: Three of Infrared lamps engendering even heating on materials surface during the drying process. This model is for working on normal materials.

Chain gripper performs the gripping of materials from impression cylinder through dryer unit to delivery stacker by six of grippers. The delivery stacker does jogging by auto mode on four side and slow down by level detecting sensor. The pallet stacker is easy to operate and replace.
