The dosing pump system allows chemical solutions to be fed at adjustable flow rates, or diluted with water to deliver very specific concentration levels. The system incorporates an automatic dilution feature fitted with a rotameter, solution lines fitted with magnetic flow meters and discharge duty/standby filters.
The system comes with a DCS-enabled dosing pump skid, and is available in the following configurations:
- 1 duty pump with dilution line
- 1 duty pump and 1 standby pump, with 1 dilution line
- 2 duty pumps and 1 standby pump, with 2 dilution lines, and
- 3 duty pumps and 1 standby pump, with 3 dilution lines.
