MDBR Plant for IESE ( Institute of Environmental Science & Engineering)

DELTAFIELD completed 1 unit of MDBR Plant for IESE in 2011 which is a pilot plant for the treatment of industrial waste water. The plant consists of 2 skids which are to be joined together at site. The biggest challenge faced was the limitation in space  and all pipeworks are to be located at one side only. This demonstrated our capability to perform and accomplished a complete turnkey job scope involving the design of pipe routing, welding, assembly, pipe insulation and testing all in our own facility.  The control panel for the plant was also built in house giving our customer a one stop solution.
